Service Description

Stepping from girlhood into womanhood with grace and elegance requires the cultivation of patience, courage, and faith. Some of our most important moments of development happen when we are tween and teenagers - finally with the opportunity to truly identify who we are and how we want to show up in the world. You may feel the pressure of societal norms, culture conditioning, and community expectations pushing you to be someone you are not. On the other hand, you may have support to explore and live out your personal truth already at this age. In order to join this group, we ask that you participate based on your passion to live a life of passion, meaning, purpose and commitment to make a positive difference in the world. If you identify as a pre-teen or teen who is or wants to become a change agent, then our paths have crossed for a reason. As a member of this learning community, you will embrace your hopes and dreams for a future filled with health, prosperity, and love, empower yourself on a journey of achievements, joy, and satisfaction with self, and enact healing antidotes (commitment, honor, and loyalty) to self on your journey from teenhood to womanhood. The experience is facilitated through a virtual Restorative Circle where each girl has a chance to offer her unique perspectives, engage in mindfulness activities to practice emotional-regulation, and practice self-care to live out personal values and disembody hurt and frustration with other brave girls. We meet the first Friday night of each month from 6:30-8:00pm CST. Monthly topics include: Expressing Needs Developing Voice Healing Painful Memories Cultivating Discernment Setting Intentions Establishing Boundaries Honing Intuition Practicing Self-Love Embracing Powerful Compassion Holding Space for Others Enacting Creative Ideas Inspiring Hope & Leading Change NOTE: All sessions will be hosted on Zoom from 6:30-8:00pm CST.
